基于无扇叶风扇的发动机冷却风扇的设计研究
Design and Research on Engine Cooling Fan Based on Bladeless Fan
摘要
Abstract
Bladeless fan can increase mass flow of the inlet markedly.A new designed cooling fan based on air multiplier fan was applied to the car engine cooling system and simulated to observe cooling effect. The 3D model of the cooling fan was analyzed by Fluent software to get the situation of the air flow and mass flow.The length of adhesion surface and the outside dip angle are two important parameters for bl-adeless fan.And the law of outlet massflow with these two parameters was gotten through simulation. A simplified model of a radiator was launched to test the effect of the cooling fan.The results indicate that the temperature of the radiator dropped by 10 ℃ at the speed of inlet air with 20 m/s.The effect of heat dissipation is obvious.关键词
