“逃离”与“守护”--《麦田里的守望者》的教育信仰
“Escaping”and “Guarding”---The Bel ief in Education in The Catcher in the Rye
摘要
Abstract
The plots of Salinger’s novel,The Catcher in the Rye,are composed of several events of“escaping”.Analyzing this novel from the educational perspective,this paper finds that Holden’s escaping acts have expressed his dissatisfaction and resistance against the then educational situation,including the then situations of school education,social education and family education.However,beneath the dissatis-faction and resistance is Holden’s sincere pursuit and guarding of ideal education.This paper comes to a conclusion that Sailinger has conveyed his belief in education in terms of the student-oriented school educa-tion,the value-oriented society education,and the affectionateness of family education through the“esca-ping actions”and the implied “guarding sincerity”.关键词
