火针高选择性去隐神经关节支及腓总神经关节支治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究
Knee Ostarthritis on the Method of Fire Needle High Selectivity to Cut off Articular Branches of the Nervus Saphenus and Common Peroneal Nerve

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of knee ostarthritis on the method of fire needle to cut of articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve. Methods: Selected 60 cases of knee ostarthritis, And divided them into treatment group and control group randomly. 30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated by the method of fire needle high selectivity to cut off articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve. While the control group was treated by the method of blocking articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve. Then evaluated the therapeutic effect of pretherapy,3 weeks and 3 months after treatment with the VAS score and WOMAC score, and recorded the complications on course of the treatment.Results:The total efficiency of treatment group was higher than con-trol group(P<0.05). There's statistical significance.Conclusion:The method of cutting off articular branches of the nervus saphenus and common peroneal nerve with fire needle is better than nerve block.关键词
