正畸联合修复疗法治疗牙列缺损伴牙颌畸形疗效美观效果及对牙齿功能的影响
Orthodontic Combined Repair Therapy for Patients with Dentition Defect and Teeth Micromaxillary Deformity for Aesthetic Effect and Function of Teeth

Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of orthodontic combined repair to treat patients with den-tition defect and teeth micromaxillary deformity for the clinical efficacy, aesthetic effect and function of teeth. Methods:The data of 80 cases of patients with dentition defect with teeth micromaxillary deformity admitted in our hospital from April 2012 to April 2016 were retrospectively analysed. According to the treatment plan, all the patients were divided into two groups. The control group used repair therapy and the observation group combined orthodontic treatment. The clinical curative effect, beautiful effect and function of teeth of two groups were compared. Results:The curative effect and beautiful effect and function of teeth in the observation group were superior to those in control group ( P < 0.05) . Conclusion:Orthodontic combined repair therapy to treat patients with dentition defect and teeth micromaxillary deformity has a high efficacy and it is worth to promote.关键词
