参附注射液对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能及血常规指标的影响
Effect of Shenfu Injection on Cardiac Function and Blood Index in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

Abstract
Objective: To observe the effect of Shenfu injection on cardiac function and BNP、RDW、HCT、PCTlevel in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods:Sixty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in each group. The control group treated with conventional treat-ment,and treatment group treated with conventional treatment and Shenfu injection. The cardiac function and plasma BNP、RDW、HCT、PCT were measured before and after treatment. Results: Compared with control group,the total efficiency of treatment group (93.3%) was significantly higher (70.0%); after treatment,the concentration of plasma BNP 、RDW、HCT、PCT levels lower than before treatment, the difference was statisti-cally significant ( P <0.05);after treatment were compared blood levels of BNP and RDW in two group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),but HCT and PCT,statistics have no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenfu injection could improve cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure and lower level of plasma BNP、RDW、HCT and PCT,it can be as an option for the clinical treatment of heart failure.关键词
