MC环境下基于案例推理的零件相似度与工时估算研究
Similarity and labor hour estimation of component in mass customization based on case reasoning
摘要
Abstract
In order to determine component’s labor hour quickly and accurately in mass customization environment,this pa-per researched the relationship between similarity of component and labor time based on case reasoning,and put forward a new labor hour estimation method based on similarity of component.Firstly,it searching and filtered out samples of similar parts to meet the requirements of the specification of the case base.Secondly,according to similarity mechanism of part,it fixed the meaning of component similarity which consisted of similarity of topological structure and part’s feature.And then it built cal-culation models both of similarity of topological structure and part’s feature.Finally,through using MATALB to determine the relationship between the similarity of component and labor time,it could calculate the new part processing time quickly,and used example to demonstrate the effectiveness and feasibility of this method.关键词
