“互联网＋”下高校信息化建设模式的探索与研究OACSTPCD
EXPLORATION AND RESEARCH ON UNIVERSITIES INFORMATISATION CONSTRUCTION MODE IN INTERNET PLUS ENVIRONMENT
“互联网＋”是以互联网平台为基础，利用网络和信息技术与各行业的交汇和融合，实现社会各领域的资源优化、效率提升和产业变革。高校信息化建设作为保障高校各项职能顺利开展的网络和信息技术基础，在“互联网＋”下面临机遇和挑战。在分析高校信息化建设现状和总结高校信息化建设模式的基础上，针对传统的以“自主”建设为主要特征的高校信息化建设模式，提出“开放与自主”相结合的高校信息化建设模式，并结合高校案例分析提出该建设模式的实施对策。
