盐酸氨溴索联合碳酸氢钠用于吸入性损伤气管切开病人气道湿化的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of ambroxol combined with sodium bicarbonate on airway humidifica-tion in patients with traumatic tracheotomy.Methods:Total of 70 patients with tracheal incision who underwent tracheotomy were randomly divided into control group(35 cases)and observation group(35 cases)in the burn department from June 2013 to May 2016.The control group were treated with conventional care on the basis of the traditional chymotrypsin gentamicin sulfate combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate and saline as humidified airway liquid,carried out the continuous micro infusion pump airway wetting method.The observa-tion group use ambroxol hydrochloride+1.25% sodium bicarbonate as humidified airway liquid on the basic nursing routine,carried out the continuous micro infusion pump airway wetting method.The complication and airway humidification effect were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidences of sputum forma-tion,respiratory tract infection,irritable cough,airway mucosal inj ury and hemorrhage in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the wetting effect was better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol combined with sodium bicarbonate for airway humidification after inhalation inj ury tracheotomy was effective,which has low incidence of complications,and the effect is better than the tra-ditional chymotrypsin gentamicin sulfate,Dexamethasone sodium phosphate and saline as airway humidification solution.关键词
