Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of motivational nursing management on job burnout and quality of life of pediatric nurses.Methods:A total of 42 cases of pediatric nurses were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to the work number single double,2 1 cases in each.The nurses in control group received the management in accordance with the conventional pediatric nursing management model,the nurses in observation group received the motivational nursing management mode on the basis of the routine management.The working enthusiasm and sense of self efficacy,job burnout and quality of life of nurses were compared after 12 months.Results:At 12 months after nursing management,the work enthusiasm score and self effi-cacy score of nurses in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05);and the job burnout score,emotional exhaustion score and de personalization tendencies score of nurses in observa-tion group were lower than those in control group.The scores of somatosensory,working ability,sleep,life satis-faction,social participation and health feeling of patients in observation group were higher than those incontrol group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Motivational nursing management could obviously reduce the job burnout of pedi-atric nurses and improve their quality of life.关键词
