临床护士核心能力现状及影响因素分析
Analysis of status quo of clinical nurses’core competency and its influencing factors

Abstract
Objective:To know about the level of clinical nurses’core competency and to analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide the basis for nursing management.Methods:A total of 120 clinical nurses were investiga-ted with Competency Inventory for Registered Nurses and by using stratified sampling method.Results:The to-tal score and mean score of clinical nurses’core competency were 184.96±35.35 and 3.17±0.71,respectively, which were the higher level.The highest mean score was the dimension of legal and ethical practice(3.52±0.62) while the lowest was critical thinking and research (3.17±0.71).Multivariate regression analysis showed that nurses’titles and parenting status were the main influencing factors of core competency and were positive relat-ed to core competency.Conclusion:Managers should combine the practice to pay attention to strengthen the cul-tivation of nurses’critical thinking and research ability,especially for nurses who has lower professional title and the nurses who were unmarried and not pregnant.关键词
