亲情延续护理干预对胃癌化疗病人负性情绪及生活质量的影响
Influence of family affection continuity of nursing intervention on negative mood and quality of life of gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:To probe into the influence of family continuity nursing intervention on negative mood and quality of life of gastric cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 84 cases of gastric cancer patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases in control group were given routine care;the patients in observation group were given family nursing intervention.Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HA-MA),Hamilton depression (HAMD)and gastric cancer quality of life scale (QOL C30)were used to evaluate the negative mood and quality of life of patients between both groups respectively before and after intervention. Results:The scores of HAMA and HAMD in observation group were 11.57±2.65 and 10.24±2.91 respectively, which were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of role function,physical func-tion,emotional function,social function and cognitive function of patients in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of fatigue,nausea,vomiting and pain were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family affection nursing intervention could effectively improve the negative mood of patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
