聚乙烯醇水凝胶对成骨细胞毒性的初步研究

Abstract
Objective:To study the biocompatibility of polyvinyl alcohol( PVA) hydrogel with osteoblasts and provide experimental evidence for PVA hydrogel that applied to the oral soft tissue increment.Methods:According to the experimen-tal conditions several pieces of PVA hydrogel was prepared which was cutted into the appropriate size for cultured with osteo-blasts( OB) directly.The cell proliferation and the toxicity of PVA hydrogel to osteoblasts by MTT assay was observed.Re-sults:Directly contact with the PVA hydrogel,the relative growth rate of osteoblasts was closed to 99%in 1,2 d with toxicity rating level 1,more than 99%in 5 d with toxicity rating level 0 and in 8,10 d with toxicity rating level 1.There was no statis-tically significant difference in the absorbance values between PVA hydrogel group and negative control group(P>0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the absorbance values between PVA hydrogel group and control group or pos-itive control group,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion:PVA hydrogel with satisfying biocompatibility can be used for oral soft tissue increment.关键词
