聚乙烯醇水凝胶对成骨细胞毒性的初步研究OACSTPCD
A preliminary study the toxicity of polyvinyl alcohol hydrogel on osteoblasts
目的：研究聚乙烯醇水凝胶与成骨细胞的生物相容性，为聚乙烯醇（ Polyvinyl Alcohol，PVA）水凝胶应用于口腔软组织增量提供实验依据。方法：按照选定实验条件制备出PVA水凝胶块，将分切成合适大小的PVA水凝胶直接与成骨细胞（ OB）联合培养，观察细胞的生长增殖情况，用MTT法检测PVA水凝胶对成骨细胞的毒性。结果：与PVA水凝胶直接接触的成骨细胞第1、2 d的相对增殖率接近99％，毒性分级为1级；第5 d的相对增殖率在99％以上，毒性…查看全部>>
