摘要
Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of integrating therapy of Chinese and Western medicine in chil-dren with recurrent oral ulcer and its effect to immune function of children.Methods:Seventy-six children with recurrent oral ulcer were divided into two groups with each of 38 randomly.Adopting western medicine and supportive treatment targeting to symptom in control group and add with traditional Chinese medicine based on the treatment of control group in experimental group.Children were observed the pain score of ulcer,effectiveness of treatment,improvement of immune function and unto-ward reaction.Results:The healing time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group after treat-ment(t=6.7145,P=0.0000).T cell subsets of content in two both groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the improvement of CD4,CD8 and CD4/CD8 in experimental group had better effect than the control group(P<0.05). There were no obvious untoward reactions occurred during the treatment in both two groups.Conclusion:Integrating therapy of Chinese and Western medicine in children with recurrent oral ulcers significantly,can quickly relieve the pain coursed by ulcer,while improving the immune function of children.关键词
