环境规制下的西部地区工业用水效率评价
Utilization Efficiency of Industrial WaterUnder the Environmental Regulation in the Western Region of China
摘要
Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of industrial water and promote the sustainable economic development, this paper adopted the SBM model and the traditional DEA model to measure industrial water efficiencies of environmental regulation in the western region and ana⁃lyzed the special and temporal differences based on expected output conditions. The results show that the industrial water efficiency is low and the special and temporal difference is obvious. Therefore, it puts forward suggestions to strengthen water environment regulation, improve the enterprise cleaner production audit and industrial water management system and realize greenization in the utilization of water resources and green and coordinated development of industrial economy.关键词
