摘要
Abstract
Objective :To investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional integrated western medicine in treatment of acute-on-chronic liver failure .Methods :160 cases with HBV-associatedacute-on-chronic liver failure and who were di-vided into the control group and treatment group according into the order to hospital ,the control group were given con-ventional western medicine treatment ,the treatment group were given traditional integrated western medicine treatment , the treatment total efficacy ,PTA 、HBV-DNA and complications of two groups were observed and compared .Results :The total efficacy of treatment group was better than control group after 2 months(P< 0 .05) ;the liver function recovery , PTA 、HBV-DNA improvement of treatment group was significant(P< 0 .05) ;the complications of treatment group was obvious lower(P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Compared with conventional western medicine treatment ,the traditional integrated western medicine in treatment of acute-on-chronic liver failure was better ,and which had lower adverse reaction and com-plications .关键词
