摘要
Abstract
Objective :To observe the therapeutic of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs - CRP) and angiotensin angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) effects and clin-ical efficacy .Methods :116 cases of hypertension with LVH random observation group and control group ,each group of 58 cases ,control group given conventional western medicine treatment ,the observation group in the control group to give Xuefu Zhuyu decoction ,on the basis of the two groups are continuous treatment for 3 months .Results :Two groups after treatment systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (SDP) and heart rate (HR) had a certain degree of decline (P< 0 .05) ,the observation group of patients above indicators of improvement was better than that of control group (P> 0 .05) ,observation group after treatment of clinical symptoms such as palpitations ,chest tightness ,chest pain ,shortness of breath ,the improvement of the situation was better than that of control group (P< 0 .05) ;in the two groups after treatment in patients with LVPWT ,LVDd ,IVST and LVMI was dropped(P > 0 .05) ,the index of the ob-servation group to improve the situation due to the control group (P> 0 .05) .Conclusions :The therapeutic can signifi-cantly relieve hypertension with LVH in patients with clinical symptoms ,inhibiting left ventricular hypertrophy and its mechanism may be related to reduce inflammatory reaction in patients with and Ang Ⅱ level .关键词
