益气活血通络法治疗特发性肺间质纤维化疗效观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective :To analysis and summary the therapeutic value of supplementing qi and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals treatment in idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) qi deficiency and blood stasis type . Methods :76 cases of IPF patients with qi deficiency blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into two groups ,38 pa-tients in each group .The control group accepted routine treatment of western medicine ,the treatment group treated with western medicine combined supplementing qi and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals treatment .Com-pared the treatment effects and adverse reactions of two groups .Results :After 3 month treatment ,the SGRQ scores and main symptoms of TCM integral of treatment group were lower than control group(P< 0 .05) .At the same time ,there was no statistical difference of adverse reactions of two groups(P> 0 .05) .Conclusion :In the treatment of qi deficiency blood stasis type of IPF ,the supplementing qi and activating blood circulation and dredging collaterals is safe and effec-tive ,and can be applied to clinical treatment .关键词
