摘要
Abstract
Objective :To observe the curative effect of feeding intolerance in preterm neonates by Sijunzi decoc-tion combined erythromycin .Methods :78 patients were randomized into the research ,patients of the control group(40) with treatment of non nutritional sucking and small dose erythromycin treatment ,the other group combined Sijunzi decoc-tion .To compare the clinical curative effects and the level of gastric dynamic element (motilin ,MOT ) ,the gastrin-relea-sing (gastrin ,GAS) .Results :Body quality growing day age ,duration of feeding intolerance ,achieve full gastrointestinal feeding time and hospital stay of the treatment group were shorter ,the physical body quality drop was lower ,P< 0 .05 ;MOT and GAS level reduced ,but the treatment group improved more significantly ,P < 0 .05 .Conclusion :Treatment group therapy effect is remarkable ,can better improve the MOT and GAS level .关键词
