摘要
Abstract
Objective :To study the clinical curative effect of Huoxue Tongqiao needling and moxibustion combine with manual reduction massage in vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis .Methods :100 CSA patients were randomly divided into two groups ,with manual reduction massage therapy as control group ,with Huoxue Tongqiao needling and moxibustion combine with manual reduction massage as treatment group ,50 cases in each group .compared the therapeutic effect of two groups .Results :After 2 courses of treatment ,cervical vertigo symptom and function assess-ment scale each score of treatment group were higher than control group(P< 0 .05) .At the same time ,the treatment ef-ficient of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Huoxue Tongqiao needling and moxibustion combine with manual reduction massage can effectively improve the treatment effect of CSA .关键词
