Abstract
Employment situation of art design talents is severe. "Innovation and entrepreneurship" is both an opportunity and a chalenge for art design talents. For the cultivation of the innovative undertaking and promotion, coleges training mode also needs some improvement and development. Their advantages of art design talents help the development of innovative undertaking and with the support of national policies and social institutions, the possibility of entrepreneurship can also get enhanced.关键词
