调神益智针刺法治疗轻度认知功能障碍疗效观察
Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Tiao Shen Yi Zhi Acupuncture for Mild Cognitive Impairment

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tiao Shen Yi Zhi (for regulating the mind and benefiting the intelligence) acupuncture in treating mild cognitive impairment.Method Fifty mild cognitive impairment patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group and a control group, 25 cases each. In addition to the basic treatment, the treatment group received Tiao Shen Yi Zhi acupuncture (scalp acupuncture plus body acupuncture) and the control group was intervened by routine acupuncture. The Mini-mental State Examination Table (MMSE), Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), Activities of Daily Living (ADL), and delayed story recall (DSR) from Wechsler Memory Scale (WMS-Ⅲ) were observed in the two groups before and after the treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 83.3% in the treatment group versus 69.6% in the control group. The MMSE scores, MoCA scores and DSR scores were significantly changed after intervention in the two groups (P<0.01,P<0.05). After treatment, the MMSE scores, MoCA scores and DSR scores in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Tiao Shen Yi Zhi acupuncture with common medical treatment is an effective method for mild cognitive impairment, and it can improve the quality of life.关键词
