滚针配合拔罐治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察
Therapeutic Observation of Rolling Needle Therapy plus Cupping for Postherpetic Neuralgia

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of rolling needle therapy plus cupping for postherpetic neuralgia.Method Sixty postherpetic neuralgia patients were randomly allocated to a treatment group and a control group, 30 cases each. In addition to oral administration of Mecobalamin tablets, the control group was intervened by electroacupuncture, and the treatment group was intervened by rolling needle therapy plus cupping. The Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) score and sleep score were observed in the two groups before and after the treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result The total efficacy rate was 93.3% in the treatment group versus 80.0% in the control group, and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). The VAS score and sleep score were significantly changed after intervention in the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the VAS score and sleep score in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion Rolling needle therapy plus cupping is an effective method for postherpetic neuralgia, and it can improve the quality of sleep.关键词
