温补针法配合药物治疗糖尿病性动眼神经麻痹疗效观察
Observations on the Efficacy of Warming-reinforcing Acupuncture plus Medication for Diabetic Oculomotor Paralysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of warming-reinforcing acupuncture plus medication for oculomotor paralysis as an initial symptom in diabetic patientsMethods Forty patients with diabetic oculomotor paralysis were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 20 cases each. The treatment group received warming-reinforcing acupuncture plus medication and the control group, medication alone. The main symptoms were scored in the two groups before and after treatment. The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total efficacy rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 45.0% in the control group; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the main symptom score in the two groups (P<0.01). There was a statistically significant post-treatment difference in the main symptom score between the treatment and control groups (P<0.05). Conclusion Warming-reinforcing acupuncture plus medication is an effective way to treat diabetic oculomotor paralysis.关键词
