耳穴综合疗法即刻降糖效应的临床研究
Clinical Study of the Immediate Hypoglycemic Effect of Combined Ear Point Therapy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of combined ear point therapy on fasting blood glucose in type 2 diabetics. Methods Sixty type 2 diabetic patients were randomly selected for 60 days of clinical observation. Fasting blood glucose was measured at 7:30 and 8:00 on the morning of first to third days to observe its changes. On morning of fourth to sixth days, fasting blood glucose was first measured at 7:30, then combined ear point therapy was given and fasting blood glucose was again measured at 8:00. The blood glucose contents were compared with those at the time points of the former three days.Results There was no statistically significant difference in fasting blood glucose at 7:30 between the former and latter three days in the 60 type 2 diabetic patients (P>0.05). Fasting blood glucose at 8:00 was significantly lower in the latter three days than in the former three days; there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Combined ear point therapy has a better immediate hypoglycemic effect.关键词
