陆氏温针法治疗原发性痛经疗效观察
Therapeutic Observation of LU’s Warm Needling Therapy for Primary Dysmenorrhea

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of LU’s warm needling therapy in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Method Totally 120 patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 60 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by LU’s warm needling therapy, while the control group was by ordinary acupuncture treatment. The pain intensity and Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) were observed before and after intervention, and the clinical efficacies in the two groups were compared.Result The pain intensity and VAS scores were significantly changed after 1-3 treatment courses compared with that before treatment in the two groups (P<0.01). After 1-3 treatment courses, the pain intensity and VAS scores in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.01). The total effective rate was 100.0% in the treatment group versus 88.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion LU’s warm needling is an effective approach in treating primary dysmenorrhea.关键词
