皮肤针配合贴棉灸治疗肛门瘙痒症疗效观察
Therapeutic Observation of Plum-blossom Needle plus Cotton Moxibustion for Pruritis Ani

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of plum-blossom needle plus cotton moxibustion in treating pruritis ani based on the theory of releasing the fire from qi stagnation.Method A hundred eligible patients with pruritis ani were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 50 cases in each group. The treatment group was intervened by plum-blossom needle plus cotton moxibustion, while the control group was by external application of Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate Urea Ointment. The pruritis ani symptoms were scored before and after treatment, and the clinical efficacies and relapse rates were compared between the two groups.Result The pruritis ani symptoms scores were changed significantly after intervention in the two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the pruritis ani symptoms scores in the treatment group were significantly different from that in the control group (P<0.05). The total effective rate and recovery plus markedly-effective rate were respectively 90.0% and 64.0% in the treatment group, versus 80.0% and 44.0% in the control group, and the between-group differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Among the recovered cases, the relapse rate was 10.0% in the treatment group 3 months after the intervention, versus 25.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Plum-blossom needle plus cotton moxibustion is an effective method in treating pruritis ani.关键词
