隔药饼灸对子宫内膜异位症大鼠p38MAPK信号通路的干预作用
Intervention Effect of Herbal Cake Moxibustion on p38MAPK Signaling Pathway in Endometriosis Rats

Abstract
Objective To investigate the Intervention effect of herbal cake moxibustion on p38MAPK signaling pathways in endometriosis rats.Methods Thirty-four rats were randomized into group A (blank control) of 8 rats and a model group of 26 rats. A model of endometriosis was made in the model group. Two rats selected randomly from the model group were sacrificed to examine the result of model making. Rats with successful model making were randomized into group B (herbal cake moxibustion), group C (oral gavage of danazol solution) and group D, 8 rats each. Group A received herbal cake moxibustion on point Guanyuan; group B, an oral gavage of danazol solution; group C, no treatment. After 20 days, every group of rats was sacrificed and the experimental specimens were taken. The expressions of IFN-γ and IL-4 in the specimen were determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR in every group. The expression of phosphorylated p38MAPK was determined by Western blot in every group. Results The expressions of IL-4 mRNA and phosphorylated p38MAPK increased significantly and IFN-γ mRNA expression decreased significantly in groups B, C and D of rats compared with group A (allP<0.05). The expressions of IL-4 mRNA and phosphorylated p38MAPK decreased significantly and IFN-γ mRNA expression increased significantly in groups B and C of rats compared with group D (allP<0.05). There were no significant differences in the expressions of phosphorylated p38MAPK, IL-4 mRNA and IFN-γ mRNA between groups B and C (allP>0.05).Conclusions Herbal cake moxibustion can inhibit p38MAPK signaling pathways and IL-4 expression, promote IFN-γ production, induce the differentiation of Th cells into Th1 cells and restore the dynamic balance of Th cells.关键词
