A Review on Intensive Utilization Evaluation of Urban Construction Land in China
[目的]总结分析城市建设用地集约利用评价的发展历程、技术体系和关键问题。[方法]采用文献资料法综合分析中国城市建设用地集约利用评价研究成果。[结果]（1）在发展历程上，从起步阶段、探索阶段向发展阶段转变；（2）在研究内容上，总结为宏观、中观和微观尺度研究；（3）在评价指标方面，概括为IO （投入—产出），PSR（压力—状态—响应），ESE（经济—社会—生态）和SF（结构—功能）等具有代表性的指标体系；（4）在评价方法上，从数学模型法向结合RS ，…查看全部>>
