Research progress on nurses’time management
摘要
Abstract
It reviewed the concept,significance and influencing factors of time management,methods and skills of time management and application of time management in nursing work at home and abroad,so as to know a-bout the status quo of nurses’time management at home and abroad.Time management had been paid much at-tention in the field of nursing,and had made great progress,but there were still some deficiencies.We hope that nursing managers and researchers could develop a unified method and standard of time management,and use more and better research methods and appropriate evaluation tools to help nurses better plan and use the time, and then to improve quality of nursing care.关键词
