情志护理结合穴位按摩对颈椎病后抑郁病人生存质量的影响
Influence of emotion nursing combined with acupoint massage on quality of life of depression patients after cervical spondylosis

Abstract
Objective:To study the influence of emotion nursing combined with acupoint massage on quality of life of depression patients after cervical spondylosis.Methods:A total of 134 depression patients after cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into control group with 46 cases,emotion group with 44 cases and acupoint massage combined with emotion group with 44 cases.The patients in control group adopted Xiangbi nursing program of traditional Chinese medicine and routine nursing of depression patients,the patients in emotion group received the intervention of emotion nursing on the basis of the nursing program in control group,while the acupoint massage combined with emotion group added on the intervention of acupoint massage based on the nursing program in emotion group.Before intervention and 8 weeks after the intervention,the Clinical Assess-ment Scale for Cervical Spondylosis(CASCS)was used to evaluate the intervention effect in the 3 groups.Re-sults:There was statistically significant difference in the CASCS scores among the 3 groups before and after the intervention(P<0.05).There was statistically significant difference in total CASCS score after intervention a-mong the three groups.There were statistically significant in CASCS dimensions scores(P<0.05)after the in-tervention,excepting the life,work and social adaptation ability dimensions of CASCS among 3 groups after the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The emotion nursing combined with acupoint massage was helpful to im-prove the quality of life of depression patients after cervical spondylosis,and its effect was better than the single use of emotion nursing.关键词
