Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status quo of self efficacy in elderly patients falling and to analyze risk factors of elderly patients fall.Methods:A total of 105 elderly inpatients in our hospital were selected from June 2014 to May 2015 and were divided into fall group with 36 cases and control group with 69 cases according to whether there were fall events during the recent one year or not.Modified Falls Efficacy Scale(MFES)was a-dopted to measure the self efficacy in elderly patients’fall.Berg balance scale(BBS)and the Biodex balance func-tion test training system were applyed to measure balance function of elderly patients.And Biodex gait analysis training system was applied for gaits analysis of patients.Results:After fall event,the MFES score in fall group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Self efficacy of elderly patients was related to ma-rital status,educational status,emphasis and body mass index.The self balance feeling of patients in fall group was lower than that in control group.The fall index and the variation index of the left and right foot pace were higher than that of patients in control group(P<0.05).The average leg speed in walking process in fall group was slower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:In view of the self efficacy factors that affected the fall of elderly patients,corresponding intervention measures should be put forward to improve the quality of life of elderly patients,aiming at the influencing factors of self efficacy of elderly patients’fall.关键词
