摘要

Abstract

Since 2015,University of Electronic Science and Technology of China has lunched the Research and Discussion-or-iented Small-class Teaching program.In this paper,we discuss our primary ideas in the revolution of small-class teaching and the means we adopted in the course of reliability engineering.We found that the new teaching pattern can incent college students to learn the knowledge by them,to conduct some preliminary research works,and to utilize their various professional knowledge jointly.The re-search capability of excellent students has been improved as well.Our end -goal,that to foster elite college students,has been achieved.
