蔗糖溶液旋光效应的实验研究
Experiment Study of Rotation Effect of Sucrose Solution
摘要
Abstract
The effect of rotation angel on different concentration sucrose solution in different light sources is measured.The modi-fied instrument can analyze the trend of rotation rate changes with the light source wavelength.Through rotating polarization analyzer, the sucrose solution attribute of left rotation or light rotation is measured.It is proven that the experiment instrument is used for a more intuitive and more profound understanding of the effect rotation,which enriches and expands the experiment teaching contents.In addi-tion to the liquid media,the measurement method is also suitable for the solid media.关键词
