普通院校机械专业创新人才培养模式的探索
Exploration on the Cultivation Mode of the Innovative Talents of Mechanical Specialty in Colleges and Universities
摘要
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of social and economic development,innovative consciousness and innovative ability have become the important goal of the talents training in universities.In order to promote the cultivation of innovative talents and improve the teaching quality in colleges and universities,this paper takes the mechanical specialty of our university as an example,the basic re-quirements of the innovative talents and the advantages and disadvantages of the training mode of mechanical specialty at present are an-alyzed.From the aspects of curriculum system,teaching mode reform,graduation design arrangement and construction of teachers,the ways of cultivating innovative talents in mechanical specialty are discussed.And it provides a comprehensive analysis of the training mode of innovative talents,which provides reference for other colleges and universities.关键词
