摘要

Abstract

The medium/small rivers harness in combination with urbanization development becomes the important trend of flood control har-ness. As the historic development, reservoirs built at upstream and little rainfall in recent years, water in the downstream river courses of the medium/small rivers in northern China is often interrupted. The river courses are often occupied or narrowed. With the urbanization develop-ment, projects of river course harness of the medium/small rivers increase. Selection of the river course width is critical for flood control de-sign. The river phase relationship is applied to finalize the river course width of the river flood control harness to satisfy requirements of the flood control standard.
