Abstract
The procedures of PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) management mode were described in this paper through the practice of image quality management in Department of Nuclear Medicine. The high quality rate of pre- and post-PDCA medical images was also compared to enhance technicians’ injection techniques and use bandage to fix patients’ position so as to improve the image excellency rate.关键词
