摘要
Abstract
Aberrations in microRNA (miRNA) expression and DNA methylation are causal factors for con-genital heart diseases ( CHD) , which belongs to epigenetic mechanisms. Complex modulation of miRNA on DNA methyla-tion is a critical regulator of gene expression, leading to disease development. The aim of this review is to provide recent progress in the regulation of miRNA and DNA methylation in CHD.关键词
