Construction and empirical research of ICU nursing staff training effectiveness evaluation model

Abstract
Objective:To construct the training model for intensive care nursing professionals in our country. Methods:The preliminary indexes extracted from the questionnaire survey,the literature retrieval analysis and expert interview were evaluated to screen out the important indicators generally acknowledged by intensive care unit nurses,and then the analytic hierarchy process was adopted to build a complete training evaluation model to be applied to clinical practice.312 intensive care unit nurses were selected as the main evaluation subjects,and the reliability,validity and satisfaction of the model were tested.Results:By factor analysis we got a total of 6 6 items of 4 dimensions:the average score of importance was all above 3.4,KMO (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin)values of factor analysis were beween 0.748 and 0.936,the reliability coefficient was 0.979 and the degree of satisfaction was 77.807%.Conclusions:The constructed ICU nursing staff training effectiveness evaluation model had ideal reliability,validity and satisfactory clinical application,so it is recommended as the training evaluation tool of ICU professional nursing staff to serve clinical research.关键词
