摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of rhizoma acori tatarinowii on mTOR signaling pathway in the hippocampus of depression model rats. Methods:The rat models with depression induced by isolation and chronic unpredictable stress were studied.Models were randomly divided into four groups and the rats of each group were intragastrically perfused with corresponding interventions at the 7th,14th,21st,and 28th day.The horizontal movement and vertical movement scores in the open field test were got,and the expressions of mTOR protein and Akt,p70S6K,elF-4E protein in the hippocampus were examined by Western blotting. Results:On the 21st and 28th day,the horizontal motion and vertical motion scores in the open field test of the model group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).The horizontal motion and vertical motion scores in the open field test of Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were higher than those of the model group (P<0.05 and P<0.01 ).On the 21st and 28th day,mTOR,Akt,p70S6K or elF-4E protein expressions in the hippocampus of the rats in the model group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.01).The expressions of mTOR protein and Akt,p70S6K,elF-4E protein in the hippocampus of the rats in Chinese medicine group and western medicine group were higher than those in the model group (P<0.01).Conclusions:The anti-depressant effect of rhizoma acori tatarinowii can be realized by upregulating mTOR,Akt,p70S6K or elF-4E protein expressions in the hippocampus.关键词
