Research progress in perioperative fluid therapy
围术期液体治疗是临床麻醉中的一项重要工作，也是术后快速康复中不可少的一部分。围术期液体治疗旨在恢复有效血容量、保证器官组织氧供、稳定内环境，其管理的恰当与否直接影响患者术后转归。本文对近年来关于围术期液体治疗的研究现状作一综述。
Perioperative fluid therapy is one of the important tasks in clinical anesthesia,and it is also an essential part of the enhanced recovery after surgery.Perioperative fluid therapy aims to restore the effective circulating blood volume, ensure the oxygen supply of tissues and organs and stabilize the internal environment.Whether the management of fluid is appropriate or not directly affects the prognosis of patients after surgery.This paper reviews the…查看全部>>
