IFN-β对沙眼衣原体感染的影响
Effect of IFN-βon Chlamydia trachomatis infection
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the expression of IFN-βin Chlamydia trachomatis-infected cells and the effect of IFN-βon Chlamydia trachomatis infection.Methods:IFN-βwas examined in Chlamydia trachomatis-infected cells culture supernatant with ELISA double antibody sandwich method.Chlamydia trachomatis major outer membrane protein , STAT1 protein and p-STAT1 and infectious titers were detected by using Western blot and immunofluorescence assays, respectively, after the IFN-βwas neutralized by IFN-βantibody.Results:Chlamydia trachomatis infection could induce IFN-βand STAT1 protein and p-STAT1 expression.Inhibition the activity of IFN-βcould down-regulated the expression of STAT 1 and p-STAT1 protein,moreover,promotes Chlamydia trachomatis growth and secondary infectious titers.Conclusion: Chlamydia trachomatis growth were inhibited by IFN-βin a STAT1-dependent fashion in infected cells.关键词
