Abstract
In recent years, tobacco farmers cooperatives have developed rapidly, at the same time, and also showed a lot of problems. Based on the analysis of the status quo of tobacco farmers cooperatives, the authors introduced lean production concept to optimize the internal governance of cooperatives and achieve their long-term development, because the construction of cooperative system was not perfect, financial management was not standardized, and professional service level was low.关键词
