Abstract
With the gradual maturing of technologies such as cloud computing, high -speed mobile Internet and Internet of Things, to realize the"Ubiquitous Healthcare"in the health field is not only an irresistible trend, but also a realistic possibility.According to the community health management theory and service-oriented system structure, the study proposed the designing scheme and implementation method of a management service platform for health information collection and big data analysis of mobile community of chronic disease based on cloud computing.With this platform, community residents can enjoy the convenient and quick self-management service of health, and community healthcare staff can provide timely and efficient service to the chronic disease patient or those potentially high -risk individuals precisely.The paper hopes to provide theoretical references for researches of ubiquitous healthcare and“be ubiquitous” of chronic disease prevention and control.关键词
