摘要
Abstract
Although there are a large number of primary health care institutions in China currently, the service capacity and levels provided by them, especially the quality and technical level of general practitioners ( GPs ) need to be improved.By means of 5W1H method exploratively, Changhai Hospital, the Second Military Medical University trains general practitioners from six sections such as why, what, who, when/procedure, where and how.The results show that 5W1H method can better promote the implement of the training, and improve the interest of learning and ability of practice of GPs.It also contributes to enhancing the quality of the training.关键词
