摘要
Abstract
The Royal College of General Practitioners ( RCGP) implements the assessments of general practitioners (GPs) in the UK, which comprises three separate components: applied knowledge test (AKT), clinical skills assessment ( CSA) and workplace-based assessment ( WPBA) .In China, however, WPBA is insufficiently used.WPBA is designed to collect evidence related to 13 items of core professional competences of GPs with 6 assessment tools covering different fields of abilities.Trainee ePortfolio in RCGP website is the electronic recording system of WPBA, which includes the trainees′self -reflection study, personal growth plan and 6 sets of assessment tools.This paper emphatically introduces how WPBA and trainee ePortfolio are implemented in UK general practice training and puts forward suggestions for improving the evaluation and assessment system of general practice training based on the current general practice training situation of China.关键词
