焦点解决短期取向团体治疗对康复期精神分裂症患者自我效能感的影响研究
Impact of Solution -focused Brief Group Therapy on Self -efficacy of Patients with Schizophrenia in Rehabilitation Stage

Abstract
Objective To explore the impact of solution-focused brief group therapy on self-efficacy of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage.Methods 100 patients with schizophrenia who were hospitalized in Third People′s Hospital of Ganzhou in Jiangxi Province from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected and divided into research group and control group by random number table method, each group had 50 cases.The research group was treated with solution -focused brief group therapy; and the control group received routine group psychology counseling.Self-efficacy level was assessed by general self-efficacy scale (GSES), and psychiatric symptoms were assessed by using brief psychiatric rating scale ( BPRS) .Results There was significant difference in scores of self-efficacy between two groups ( P<0.05) , there were also significant differences in scores of self-efficacy at different time points ( P<0.05) , but treatment method and time had no significant interactions on self-efficacy scores ( P>0.05) .The scores of anxiety-depression, lack of vitality, thinking disorder, and hostile suspicion factor were negatively linear correlated with scores of self-efficacy (P<0.05), while the scores of active factor were positively linear correlated with self-efficacy scores ( P<0.05) .The results of multiple linear stepwise regression analysis showed that the score of anxiety-depression factor and the total score were the influencing factors of self -efficacy scores ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion The solution -focused brief group therapy can obviously improve the self -efficacy level of patients with schizophrenia in rehabilitation stage, and the level of self-efficacy is related to factors as anxiety and depression.关键词
