妊娠期糖尿病对妇女及子代远期影响及管理的研究进展
Research Progress of Long-term Effects and Management of Gestational Diabetes Mellitus for Mothers and Offspring
摘要
Abstract
Gestational diabetes mellitus ( GDM) is defined as glucose intolerance with onset or first recognition during pregnancy, which is one of the most common complications during pregnancy.In this paper, we reviewed the long-term effects of GDM on mothers and offspring, and indicated that GDM could significantly increase the risk of developing the diseases such as type 2 diabetes, obesity, hypertension, metabolic syndrome, and so on.Hence, in order to reduce the risk of suffering the metabolic diseases in the future, we need to pay attention to the long -term follow -up of mothers and offspring, including regular inspection, health education, encouragement of breastfeeding, and lifestyle intervention.关键词
