Preventive Position of Ventilator-associated Pneumonia and Its Compliance
摘要
Abstract
Supine position is one of the independent risk factors of ventilator-associated pneumonia ( VAP) in any patient who is mechanically ventilated.Changing positions can markedly prevent VAP.This review summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of common preventive positions for VAP, such as <30°semi -recumbent position, 30°-45°semi -recumbent position, continuous lateral rotation therapy and etc, meanwhile analyzes the medical care personnel compliance and influencing factors of semi-recumbent and other positions.We sum up existing problems and make recommendations in order to provide strategy for prevention of VAP.关键词
