摘要
Abstract
Metastatic rib tumor is one of local clinical features of patients showed systemic symptom clusters with advanced cancer. Chest wall phlebangioma is a benign soft tissue tumor,lack of specific clinical manifestations and susceptible to misdiagnosis. The two tumors have distinctive differences in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis. It is important to pay attention to the patient′s first visit. In this article,we reported one case of patient with chest wall phlebangioma misdiagnosed as metastases rib with 3 times. We summarized and analyzed the similarities and differences between ribs metastases and chest wall phlebangioma in order to help clinicians make more accurate differential diagnosis.关键词
