摘要
Abstract
Parkinson′s disease is a common neurodegenerative disease in elderly patients,involving degeneration of dopaminergic neuron in the substantia nigra. Parkinson′s disease is clinically characterized by four motor symptoms,known as bradykinesia,myotonia,abnormal posture and gait and resting tremor. Olfactory dysfunction,one of the most common non -motor symptoms which receive increasingly more attention in academic circle,contributes to a serious loss of quality of life. In this article,advances in olfactory dysfunction in recent years are reviewed in aspects of epidemiology,mechanism and its treatment.关键词
